Antelle.Net offers you the IPGeoLocation Gadget for Windows Vista Sidebar
Free Vista IPGeoLocation Gadget can show you the geolocation information for certain IP quickly and easily. You only need to enter the target IP address. The gadget will retrieve the following information: country, region, city, latitude, longitude, ZIP code, time zone, net speed, ISP and domain.
It's a free product. You may use it without any limitations. The only limitation is that you can check only 20 addresses per day.

1. Enter an IP address;
2. Press <Enter> key;
3. Put your mouse over the message (under the text field) and wait until the gadget show you a tooltip.

What is IP geolocation?
In computing, geolocation software is used to deduce the geolocation (geographic location) of another party. For example, on the Internet, one geolocation approach would be to identify the subject party's IP address, then determine what country, organization, and/or user the IP address has been assigned to, and finally, guess that party's location. Other methods include examination of a MAC address, image metadata, or credit card information.
